Not for the PDF tools. A free account is needed for the AI assistant, so your AI credits can be tracked.

Both use the same account and credits. The desktop app (download) opens whole folders and saves back to the original files on every system. The web app needs no install; folders work in Chrome and Edge.

Not for the PDF tools: merging, splitting, compressing, editing, redaction and OCR run on your device.

Only the pages you allow. The app asks you and names the file and pages. That page text or image goes to the AI model (Google Gemini) through our server, and we don't keep the content; the server only records usage for billing.

No. Every AI change is a proposal (a new card layout, a list of file names) that you apply or discard. Saving and overwriting files is always done by you.

Yes. Permanent redaction deletes the text and images under each box from the file, including hidden OCR layers, and checks the result again. It is not just a black box drawn on top.

Credits are used whenever the AI assistant works, at the real cost of the AI model. A typical task uses about 100 credits. The PDF tools never use credits.

The assistant works in English, Indonesian and more; OCR reads English and Indonesian text.

Card subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time. Rupiah payments never renew by themselves.
