FAQ
How do I get a PDF under 200 KB?
Turn on "Fit under a size limit", enter 0.2 MB and click Compress. The tool tries levels from the lightest up until the file fits. A PDF that is almost all text may already be small and can't shrink much further.
Does text quality drop?
No. Only the images inside the PDF (scans, photos) are recompressed. Text, fonts and vector lines are untouched.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Compression runs in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
Is it free?
