FAQ
What happens when my AI credits run out?
The PDF tools keep working as usual. For AI, wait for next month's refill, buy a one-off top-up, or upgrade.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly credits don't. Top-up credits do, and stay valid for 12 months from your last top-up.
With a yearly plan, do I get all the credits at once?
No. You pay once for 12 months, and the AI credits refill every month, so they last the whole year.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Card payments come with a receipt from Creem. For Rupiah payments, contact us with your order number.
What about refunds?
See the Refund Policy.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. Card subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Rupiah payments never renew by themselves.
